Limitation of Liability
The company provides services on a commercially reasonable basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organization’s liability for direct damages arising from use of the services is limited to amounts actually paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve-month period. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the applicable agreement or for material breach if such breach is not remedied within a reasonable period. Upon termination, access to proprietary tools and resources may be revoked. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that accrued prior to the termination date, including payment obligations.
Changes to Terms
The organization may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted and, when materially significant, communicated to users. Continued use of the services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms. It is the responsibility of users to review the terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
